CERTIFICATE

The "SDA PROFESSIONAL ONE" certificate is awarded after successful completion of the certificate test. The certificate confirms fundamental knowledge of the theoretical and conceptual foundations in the subject areas of service, service platforms and service ecosystems as well as the Service Dominant Architecture (SDA) and its application as a construction plan for the cooperative creation and application of value propositions on service platforms.

COURSE

 

The "SDA PROFESSIONAL ONE" course introduces Service Dominant Architecture (SDA), a construction plan for cooperatively creating value propositions on platforms. First, the basics such as service, service science, service-dominant logic, platforms, and others are outlined. Then, the SDA is introduced and examples are given to show how its application gradually creates value propositions and service platforms. The course includes all the basics to successfully pass the certificate assessment.

CERTIFICATE TEST 

 

Below you will have the opportunity to attend the certificate test. Immediately after passing the test, the certificate can be dowloaded as pdf.
To pass the test, at least 9 out of 15 questions must be answered correctly.
